April 24 – All 3rd quarter assignments are due.
April 28, May 5, May 12, and May 19 – Locker Content Pickup (All dates are Tuesdays, hours are 8 am to 3 pm)
To pick up the contents of your student’s locker, bring your student ID and drive to the
new North entrance loop EDIT: RANKIN LOOP. Stay in your vehicle. A staff member will assist you.
If you are an athlete needing to return a uniform, bring it with you when you pick up your locker contents.
May 13 – Last Day of School
Yearbooks will be distributed on schedule pickup day at Central and the high schools for current 8th graders. If you are moving, your yearbook will be mailed to you.
Technology Help Desk – EPS is providing technical phone support to parents Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The phone number to call is (405)726-3333. We can help with student passwords, general use information for EPS iPads and EPS Chromebooks, Canvas, Infinite Campus, Zoom (elementary), Google Hangouts (secondary), and related issues. For questions pertaining to specific content delivery through SeeSaw, Capit, Prodigy, Epic, and IXL, parents should email their child’s teacher directly.
How to access a device – email firstname.lastname@example.org if your student forgot his/her device or charger at school. Mrs. McGee will work with you to obtain the device. Or, if your device needs repair, see information below.
Chromebook and iPad Repair -Beginning April 7, technology staff will be available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Tuesday and Thursday to replace Chromebooks, iPads, or chargers as needed. The location is 1216 S. Rankin, between Central Middle School and the YMCA. We will provide parking lot service. Just pull in, and we will come to your car and exchange your lost or broken component with a new one. Students/parents will keep the loaner device until the end of the school year.
Lunch accounts – For information regarding refunds for lunch accounts, please email email@example.com. She is our Child Nutrition Manager at Central.
Field Trips/Events – If you believe your student should receive a refund for a field trip or event that would have occurred between March 23 – the end of the 2019-2020 school year, please email your student’s teacher (who was sponsoring the event). The teachers will send your information to our financial secretary, and we will work to process a refund for you.
- Trip fees paid for cancelled trips must have been refunded to EPS prior to processing parent refunds. There is no exception for this.
- If a student has unpaid fines/obligations and is owed a refund, the credit will first be applied to the unpaid balance, with the remaining credit available for refund or future use.
